Review A dishonest company that did not fulfill a written agreement.

A dishonest company that did not fulfill a written agreement.
BioCentra LLC is a US-based pharmaceutical consulting company that worked for Medical & Pharmaceutical Services - MPS (Bashir Shakib Al Jabri & Co. Ltd) for over a period of one year (2017-18). We had a consulting agreement in place (signed May 20, 2017, by both parties), which stated that BioCentra LLC will only get paid if a product/technology deal between any US or EU company takes place. Our company spent over a year trying to fulfill the requests of MPS and negotiate terms that were not acceptable to any US or EU manufacturers. These failed negotiations took a lot of our time, travel, resources and Consulting work without getting paid for anything.

The only contract that was finally negotiated by BioCentra between MPS and a Swiss company was a pharmaceutical supply deal made in December of 2017. As per the Consulting agreement between BioCentra and MPS, BioCentra was entitled to receive a payment of $10,000 for negotiating the supply agreement. However, MPS declined to pay when they were invoiced for the amount and stopped communicating. In July 2018, our lawyer sent a registered letter to MPS to demand the payment, but MPS had not picked up the letter from the post office till date. Our attorney also sent emails to the CEO and other officials of MPS but all requests to pay have been disregarded so far.

It can thus be concluded from the above occurrences that MPS is a dishonest company with no ethical and moral considerations to fulfill a legally binding agreement or compensating for the services offered by a consulting company (like ours) with limited access to the legal system of Saudi Arabia. What a shame!
