Review of Arabian Company for Business Support Services ( Proven )

When we launched our newest product we required to set up a customer service wing for better client communication and solving queries. We hired Proven, a business process outsourcing company in Saudi Arabia who did a great job. The launch was successful and everything is running perfectly. The quality control section is doing a great job and the protocol for safe data storage is a relief for us. The package they offered also includes IT management and servicing of routine technical aspects apart from creating the entire call centre set up.
