Question for Najm Insurance Services

My question is, how can i have a copy of the accident report 'cause this Najm Officer who conducted the investigation did not issue any reference number concerning the accident? The only instruction he gave is to call ******** of any concerns regarding the matter. Anyway, I had pictures to support my claims of what really happened that day.
