Question for SOIL STABILIZATION MATERIALS FACTORY - SANDFIX

We are connstructing a villa and we have soil mounds in the landscape areas. There are trees to be planted in the mounds. Can we use sandfix-cm for the soil mounds and what is the recommended application rate with depth of application?
