Question for ALICO SAUDI ARABIA

On 15/10/1997 at Jeddah Saudia - Kadi Est Agency / Jeddah I paid an amount of 864.76 US$ as total premium of Policy No.******** , but i stopped pay the premiums after that , i informed from Kadi Est Agency that my life insurance policy had been cancelled . Is it possible to start a new one .
