Question for Sona Jewellery

I am a regular customers from 2003 last time when I come and buy a jewelry the salesman didn't allows to show the pattern he advised as to look far from the pattern how can we select ear ring from apart so I just ignored and went out when I share this issues to my colleagues in dammam they said they had the same issues why other jewelry shop showing to us in hand, please answer
