Question for Saudi Commission For Health Specialities

I would like to do the verification of my Saudi Nursing License in your office. Is it possible if i will send the ( NNAS Form )-National Nursing Assessment Service with the return address in your good office?Please i need an advice what necessary requirements that i need to comply to do this evaluation.Thank you so much!
