Question for Saudi Arabian Parsons Co. Ltd

I want to apply for an Architect in Saudi-Parsons Company. How can I apply? I visited yesterday, 2 of us. My fellow colleague in Consolidated Consultants Company. The receptionist at the ground floor said we need to know somebody there to contact and to get permission.
