Question for AL MAJAL AL ARABI OPERATION & MAINTENANCE

Mam / sir,my name is ABUBACAR M. GUINAR. i'm working of this company last 2011 - to 2013 with no trouble.mam/ sir..my problem is i lost my exit visa. can i request another one ?that was very important sir..i cannot apply going to abroad without that exit visa...please email me or fax it to me....what is also requirements to get another copy..can i request also employment certificate??please do response .
