Question for MEXICAN CONSULATE

Dear sir/madam
I am citizen of Egypt with a resident permit working here in Saudi Arabia ,I have the Canadian Visa as well as the UK one. Do i still need a tourist visa to visit Mexico ? and if so what are the requirements.
