Al Habash Travel & Trousim Agency. - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

I have performed umrah last month with my family through Habash Group, I live in UK but I booked umrah package through Al- Bakka travel, Karachi Pakistan because some of my family members were joining me from Pakistan. Whatever Commitments and promises regarding sevice including hotels and transport were made by Al-Bakka travel were totally failed. Habash Group people working in Mecca and Madina were treating Hajis like slaveries, Especially staff members in Mecca Mr Gullam Gous, Mr Umer were so cruel and rude with hajis. They were treating Pakistani hajis like animal,, their language and attitude were so humiliating. They lost my passport and when i complained and told them that I will go to police then after 3 days they return my passport by taking SR50, hotels they provided during our trip were quite small and not even count in any star rating category without basic facilities and quite far from Haram. Their transport system was also worst, especially Mecca Madinah buses were very old and got delayed. Overall this company is totally flop and Saudi Government should ban it.
