Late Sheikh Mohammed Abubakr Bakhashab Pasha, the founder and the pioneer of BAKHASHAB establishments who commenced the transport services as the carrier of Hajj pilgrims between Jeddah and Mecca through his large fleet of passenger buses.

The main activities of the company were all forms of transportation services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and GCC. The company has mainly provided extensive transportation services to Saudi Arabian oil Co. , (SAUDI ARAMCO) Dhahran in the form of long and short term dedicated and spot hire contracts. The company own a huge number of heavy-duty tractors and trailers of 6x6, 6x4 and 4x2 configurations of Volvo and Renault brands and heavy duty equipment of water
