Saad Al-Mulhim group has been established with general contracting business in 1982 to serve Al-Ahsa region.Then we establish Dorat Al-Khalji for architectural consulting for Riyadh and eastern region. We started air-condition department in 1987 to satisfy the demand for eastern region market. At 2000 we started our professional business in building facade material in association with Spanish company (FAD FIX).
During 2001 we started Al-Mulhim for real-estate development and real-estate investments. We started our Industrial Trading in 2010 to satisfy buyer in the eastern region.
