I have been a customer of National Museum for more than two decades. It is sad to see them loosing customers due to reduction in their product offering as well as attitude towards customers.

I purchased a blanket (Victoria Lobarda) for SR 1800 and within 2 weeks of use it had started loosing fiber. Upon my return to their shop the sales person started blaming it on me that I have washed it. Once he realized it was not working he asked me to leave behind the blanket and he will check with his boss.

After continuous reminder for 3 months (while blanket was with them) to the sales person, the manager and later to owner I was told nothing can be done as it is a long time since I purchased the blanket. I left the blanket with at their office as a donation.
I feel pitty for their excuses and bad customer handling.
