Review Big fraud

I am very disappointed in this agency and the inability to stand in the way of their fraud. Is it possible that there is no way to file a complaint against their behavior. Since December 2020 I am in constant correspondence with them and I exchanged more than 50 emails because they did not want to return the money from the ticket for my husband. I have already sent mail again but no one answers me. This is terrible. I will try to solve this problem through a lawyer
