Review Terrible Co. Horrible Service.

Unfortunately I availed the service of Zajil Express to send shipment from Dammmam to Jeddah. I made advance payment using my ATM card at their King Abdul Aziz Road branch. The counter salesman at Dammam promised delivery within 2 working days. after five days finally when it arrived, to my surprise the delivery man did not approve my advance payment. I produced payment proof, requested, protested, argued for one hour and he was not in a mood to listen. He GRABBED my IQAMA and forced me to pay again! Hence I ended up paying twice. At the origin and at the destination. Can someone advise me how I can take action against these guys so that this will happen to another unsuspecting customer?
