Aljazira REIT Fund is a closed-end real estate investment fund aimed at investing in developed properties that are capable of generating regular rental income and distributing at least 90% of the fund's net profits to investors on an annual basis. Specifically, the fund will target AlKhumrah warehouses in Jeddah city, and all investments must be in accordance with Islamic law. Any contracts involving riba-based interests are strictly prohibited.
