The primary objective of Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT is to acquire pre-developed real estate properties in order to generate a steady and consistent stream of rental income. At least 90% of the net income that is generated from these properties will be distributed to unit holders annually, no later than 90 days after the December 31st financial year end.
