Experience at Tabateek -Dining For Women:
I have been living in Jeddah for two years so far!! I never had such bad experience in a dining place till today!!
Friends and I decided to have breakfast at Tabateek which is a dinning place for women in Al-Malek street.
We had been ordered by owner to leave Tabateek simply because we put two tables together!!
Owner was rode, angry, impolite, defensive, and has no sense of costumer service !! For some basic costumer complains ( food was late, order was incorrect.. ) she simply asked us to never come back !!
As a coustemer I don't expect perfection , but I definitely expect owner to try to fix things and I do expect kindness and good manners!!
We where so shocked to the point we couldn't believe that this was truly happening!!
What a bitty when a person put a lot of effort in a business, yet, he/she forgets a bout the most important aspect of a successful business which is making a loyal costumer! A costumer that keeps coming back and recommends the service to others!!
Hopefully this lady will understand soon, that an unhappy customer is a great learning experience, and a word of mouth can build your business or destroy it!!
